To be effective at anything, you’ve gotta love it. God loved us so much He gave up everything He had, His only Son, just to give us life. What are you giving up for God? We might say we love God, but when it comes to serving Him, how many of us actually look forward to serving him, not because we feel forced to do so, but because we genuinely want to? Love isn't forced, though. It's not about obeying or doing something because we think we ought to. It's doing it because we love to and get to. Lust takes, but love gives. So, how much do you love God?
