Nigerian-born, US-based Afro-fusion artist Meltudvo, known as “God’s Maestro,” delivers an inspiring musical testimony of divine grace and unwavering faithfulness with his latest single, “HOLDING ME,” released October 9, 2026.
Blending infectious African rhythms, contemporary Afro-fusion production, and heartfelt storytelling, Meltudvo once again demonstrates his unique ability to communicate timeless spiritual truths through a sound that is both culturally vibrant and universally relatable.
At the heart of “HOLDING ME” is a deeply personal and powerful message: Through life’s uncertainties, challenges, and unexpected turns, it is God’s sustaining hand that keeps us standing.
The song reflects a journey of faith, perseverance, and gratitude, acknowledging that human strength alone is never enough to carry us through every season.
Rather than simply celebrating survival, “HOLDING ME” recognizes the divine presence behind every victory, every breakthrough, and every moment of restoration.
Its message is captured in one profound realization:
“I did not make it this far by my strength alone.”
For Meltudvo, music goes beyond entertainment. It is an expression of purpose, identity, and a calling to communicate God’s love through a contemporary African musical experience.
Known for his distinctive fusion of Afrobeats, inspirational melodies, and faith-centered songwriting, Meltudvo continues to carve out his own artistic lane, creating music that inspires worship, encourages reflection, and connects with listeners across cultural and generational boundaries.
Following his previous releases, including the OMG and OMG Live projects, “HOLDING ME” represents another meaningful chapter in his evolving musical journey.
Accompanied by an official music video, the release brings its message to life through a visual expression of hope, strength, and divine assurance.

LYRICS: HOLDING ME - Meltudvo
Verse 1
I can feel the world, Its pressing me
Telling me they can, fill fantasies
Take a look and live my wildest dreams
But what they don’t know what’s inside of me
Pre-Chorus
Cause You God You already told me
Your plans for me are farther than what I can think
And if I take Your path then its all guarantee
So I trust when I walk You’re holding me
Refrain
Holding me
Holding me
Chorus x2
Don’t have to look right
Don’t have to look left
Don’t have to look back
Because You’re holding me
Verse 2
I can see the lights, they turned them on
But its Your Word, where I belong
The world may call, but I’m still standing strong
With You by my side, I keep pressing on
Pre-Chorus
Cause You God You already told me
Your plans for me are farther than what I can think
And if I take Your path then its all guarantee
So I trust when I walk You’re holding me
Refrain
Holding me
Holding me
Chorus x2
Don’t have to look right
Don’t have to look left
Don’t have to look back
Because You’re holding me
Bridge
You given me
all I wanted and needed I found it in you
You never leave
You are faithful in all that You do so I don’t have to look
Chorus x2
Don’t have to look right
Don’t have to look left
Don’t have to look back
Because You’re holding me
